Westminster Dubai Mall

They rummaged through my stuff while I was out and didn't bother to call me about it. Just felt so disrespectful. How hard is it to respect a guest's privacy, seriously?

It was new-fashioned, incredible and with a very comfortable bed. I greatly enjoyed that they had a dishwasher, a fridge, and an electric kettle.

the room was reasonably large and huge with a very comfortable bed and they provided wake-up service when i asked. the location was wonderful - just off burj khalifa, dubai mall and the fountain. besides, majlis was next door to the place.

Wow, what a fantastic spot! The location is just perfect for shopping - right in the heart of everything! The views from our room were stunning, and the bed was super comfy, making it a cozy romantic escape. Plus, we loved the quick check-in process and the friendly staff who made us feel welcome right from the get-go. It really felt like a luxurious hotel experience!

There were a few hiccups. The check-in could have been smoother; it took a bit longer than expected, and we noticed some cleanliness issues in the bathroom and kitchen. it was a little awkward that there was no dedicated reception desk; it felt like some staff members were handling multiple guests at once. a lovely stay, but a few improvements would make it even better!

The venue is comfortable with brand-new rooms. It offers a prime location and has very friendly staff. I would stay here again, really enjoyed my good stay.

Favourable location by the manager upon arrival to residence, attentive staff, everything was excellant. The hotel provided affordable rates. Amazing room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Private bathrooms, that included bathtubs, where cleaned daily.

Its breakfast certainly should have been included.

Great location near Dubai Mall and stunning views of Burj Khalifa. The apartment is spacious and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. Some staff were friendly, though housekeeping could be improved. A unique experience, especially for those wanting quick access to shopping and attractions.

The air conditioning only cools the room!!! No extra pillows or blankets for the sofabed!!! The lighting and carpets need urgent maintenance!!!

the location was fantastic, right above the mall, providing easy access to its facilities. the staff were very accommodating and quick to respond to my requests. my room was consistently clean and well-stocked with essentials. special thanks to fatima and her team for their professionalism and warmth, which made a real difference during our 3-night stay.

We had the best time! The apartment was huge and super cozy, with all high-end furniture. The view of Burj Khalifa from our balcony was a highlight. Mr Osama was fantastic, always ready to help us out. Loved chilling at the poolside snack bar. Only thing, the check-in could use some more organization.

The Premier Studio with Partial Burj Khalifa View offered such a spacious and comfy atmosphere. The kitchen was well-fitted, and the private balcony with a fine view really added to the experience.

Check-in took quite a while due to understaffing.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the massive pool and the clean, cozy atmosphere of the one-bedroom apartment. The spa lounge was perfect, and the sun terrace offered great relaxation options too. The only thing was the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times. I'd definitely recommend it 😊
